These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the SWIFT FOOD RUNNER - SMC LIMITED website and mobile application (collectively, "Services") by our customers. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

1. Orders

a) Availability: Our Services offer a selection of food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and other products from various vendors ("Merchants"). Availability of products may vary based on location and other factors.

b) Order Placement: You may place orders through our Services for delivery or pickup from Merchants. Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

c) Payment: Payment for orders may be made through our Services using the payment methods available at the time of checkout. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order, including any applicable taxes.

d) Delivery: We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the delivery address you provide during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is present, we may leave the order at the delivery address, and you will still be responsible for paying for the order.
